How long does it take to process my order?
At Vantler Leather, we aim to process your order as soon possible. Our current turnaround time is approximately 3-5 business days depending on workload + shipping.
Do you offer rush order?
Life gets in your way and you only left a few days to prepare a gift for him? We get it. Although currently we do not offer rush option as a listing itself but if you needed to receive by certain date, please email us and we will do our best to rush it for you.
How can I care for my leather goods?
Our leather are made from full grain, vegetable tanned leather. Like any other leather, the key principle of caring for your leather goods is avoid contact with water. Please visit our leather page for more information.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All our item are made to order. We strive to process your order within 3 to 5 business days of ordering. All orders will be dispatched from our home studio in Adelaide.
Standard Delivery:
Once dispatched, orders within Australia generally arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location (please allow longer for WA or rural area) via Australia Post or Sendle. For international orders, please allows 5-14 business days via DHL eCommerce.
Express Delivery:
Orders shipped by express can be expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery time-frames may be extended during peak season.

How do I exchange or return an item?
Please email info@vantlerleather.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason.
